The subscriber wishes to apply for "TrueBusiness iService" (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to enter into transaction/electronic transaction in relation to "TrueBusiness iService" with Real Move Co., Ltd. and/or True Move H Universal Communication Co,. Ltd. and/or any company which offer the products and/or services in relation to or in connection with mobile services of True Move H network (collectively, referred to as the "Service Provider").

• 1. The User shall specify the Username and Password to access and proceed any transaction in TrueBusiness iService and notify the mobile number and e-mail address of the User which is assigned and/or appointed as Head Administrator of the User and/or as Super Administrator
• 2. The User agrees and accepts to comply with the terms and conditions of TrueBusiness iService as follows:

  • 2.1 "TrueBusiness iService" means the service that provide the User the access to the service data of the User, including the availability of management of any after-sale service in relation to or in connection with the mobile service and relevant services on the online service provided by the Service Provider pursuant to the application form of "Truebusiness iService".

  • 2.2 The User agrees to provide the Service Provider with the necessary personal information as required by the Service Provider, including the copy or evidence of such personal information. The Service Provider shall be entitled to review the mentioned original document or evidence.

  • 2.3 The User represents and warrants that the personal information and the copy of document or evidence that the User delivers to the Service Provider is correct and no data will be changed (until the User notifies the Service Provider in advance in writing not less than 30 (thirty) days from the day of change) and such data can be the evidence. If it is found that the data is incorrect, un-updated, invalid or does not belong to the User at any time, the Service Provider shall be entitled to immediately suspend or cancel the service or refuse to provide the service to the User.

  • 2.4 The User shall keep confidentiality of Username and password. Any transaction performed by using the Username and/or Password in relation to TrueBusiness iService, whether by the User or the attorney or any person, shall be deemed correct, valid and binding the User as if the User performs by himself/herself and the User’s signature on any document as evidence of the mentioned action is unnecessary. In case of using TrueBusiness iService which has service fee, fee or expense, including any damages occurred, the User shall be responsible for the payment of the mentioned service fee, fee and/or damages, directly or indirectly, without any dispute, argument or claim to the Service Provider.

  • 2.5 The User agrees and acknowledges that the Service Provider shall comply with True Business iService requisition form (“Requisition Form”) as requested by the User through the facsimile machine, computer, any tools or device for transmitting the data without any restriction.

  • 2.6 The User shall be responsible for any performance of the Service Provider, employee or contractors of the Service Provider which has performed in accordance with the request in Requisition Form received from the User via facsimile, computer, any tool or device for transmitting and/or delivering data. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Requisition Form signed by the User or the attorney of the User, whether in form of copy of document or electronic document,, shall be deemed signed by the User or the attorney of the User and shall be legally binding to the User although it is subsequently found that such Requisition Form is not signed by the User or the attorney of the User.

  • 2.7 The User acknowledges and agrees on the risks of transaction performed on TrueBusiness iService via internet which is public network. The Service Provider shall be cautious to specify the measures to prevent the third party from accessing the mentioned data. However, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage occurred to the User in relation to the use of service via internet and/or the use of Username and/or Password in any circumstance.

  • 2.8 In the event that the User performs any transaction on TrueBusinees iService, the User accepts and agrees that the transaction shall be governed by Thai law, although such transaction is performed via internet outside the Kingdom.

  • 2.9 The User agrees that he/she will not behave improperly, illegally or on the contrary to good moral, customs and traditions or any principles, rules, regulations, or orders then in effect or service terms and conditions of TrueBusiness iService ("Terms and Conditions") and/or any terms and conditions pursuant to any Appendix and/or agreement. In case that the User violates Terms and Conditions stipulated in this clause, the Service Provider shall be entitled to immediately suspend or terminate any transaction or the service of TrueBusiness iService.

  • 2.10 The User acknowledges and agrees that this Terms and Conditions shall be the additional and integral terms of the terms and conditions of the service purchased or applied by the User, as the case may be. Consequently, besides Terms and Condition of TrueBusiness iService, the User shall comply with the terms and conditions of such service.

  • 2.11 In the event that the User authorizes the attorney to perform any transaction in TrueBusiness iService, the User acknowledges and agrees that if the User desires to change or cancel the power of attorney or the attorney ceases to be the employee of the User or resigns, including no authority to act for whatever reason, the User in the level of Head Administrator and/or Super Administrator shall change/cancel the power of attorney of such unauthorized or resigned attorney. The User agrees that any transaction performed by the attorney is valid and binding to the User and the User shall not refuse the responsibility on such performance of the User/attorney.

  • 2.12 The User agrees and accepts that TrueBusiness iService and related performances, including other services, provided by the Service Provider, shall be provided to facilitate the User; therefore, in case of any error, delay, defect or damage which is not incurred by bad faith or gross negligence of the Service Provider, the User agrees and accepts that the Service Provider shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, directly or in directly, occurred to the User.

  • 2.13 The Service Provider shall be entitled to approve, revise, amend, cancel and/or grant rights to any transaction on TrueBusinees iService by notifying in advance via any channel as the Service Provider deemed appropriate.

  • 2.14 The User agrees that the Service Provider shall be entitled to change Terms and Conditions of TrueBusinees iService as deemed appropriate. In addition, the Service Provider shall be entitled to terminate TrueBusiness iService, in whole or in part, by advance notice. In case that the User desires to terminate TrueBusiness iService, the User shall notify the Service Provider at least 30 (thirty) days in advanced in writing.

  • 2.15 During the terms of TrueBusiness iService, the obligations and compliance of Terms and Conditions of TrueBusiness iService and other terms and conditions of the User are under the objectives of business of the User, directly or indirectly, which have been registered with the relevant government agencies. The User has legal rights and obligations to strictly comply with all obligations under TrueBusiness iService and Terms and Conditions of the User and it shall not be deemed that such obligations will be out of the business objectives of the User nor the violation of any law which governs this Terms or enforce the User. In addition, it shall not affect the validity or enforcement of Terms of TrueBusiness iService and this Terms and Conditions, nor waive or revoke the obligations of the User under TrueBusiness iService and this Terms and Conditions. It shall be deemed that the User, directors and shareholders of the User (if any) ratify all obligations of the User and terms and conditions of TrueBusiness iService and this Terms and Conditions through the acceptance of terms of TrueBusiness iService and This Terms and Conditions.
